Sorry! New Season Honey supplies have been suspended for now.
14th November 2020
Well, another week on and our honey supplies are alas, now minimal. So our supplies are suspended for now and we will let you know when they can resume.
Our hives are OK but the continuing dry spring, no real show from the gums and climbing temperatures are certainly making their impact felt on the blossoms available.
Thank you to all those who have written in regarding the Peachy White box combinations of early Spring, they were indeed sublime and our fruit harvest is coming along now because of the bees' sterling work.
Bye for now,
We hope you like some of the new photos, courtesy of the very talented wildlife photographer Terry Murphy Flemming of Boyanga South who popped in recently.
We seek to produce fresh and healthful produce with careful management of all our resources. Our property has been entirely pesticide-free for over 10 years and we only use organic, composted inputs to build soil health and engender nutrient-rich, tasty produce whilst also growing many flower types for the bees and herbal distillations.
We are grateful for the guidance of like-minded consultants, help from our beloved Woofer and also friends not adverse to a spot of hard work!
The natural cycles of weather encourage us to keep learning.
They also challenge us, and our plantings, to adapt and thrive!
