2020 saw us dedicate more time to Rose Cottage and its naturals than ever.
We were delighted with the potatoes and garlic crops of Summer; surprised by bolting onions (now heading for chutneys); amazed at the spreadability of our tomatoes (move over 7ft broad beans!); pleased with our first ever punnets of cherries and now here cometh the the stone fruit and pommes as the covered orchards begin their productive lives.
Lots to learn. Highs and Lows. Keeps us young.
